Alice Choi obtained her Bachelor of Social Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) with Distinction from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University (co-presented with Hong Kong Art School). She is now a full time art educator and works as a freelance editor, translator and feature writer to art publications, including White Text, Oasis: Artists’ Studios in Hong Kong, and Hong Kong/China Photographers Series. She has participated in various group exhibitions since 2006, and had her first solo exhibition, Re-reading, in 2008. She is a finalist of the Philippe Charriol Foundation Art Competition.
