American born sikh, to an Irish family. Karta was raised in India and educated in England. Central St Martins' Industrial Design degree's lack of design diversity, inspired Karta to self initiate his curriculum and focus his work on the evolution of Urban Vehicles. Smaller footprint, less/non-polluting alternatives to the standard motor car. Thus commenced a decade long search for the magic mix of design integrity and eco sensibilty. This exhaustive search came to be known as A>>B www.AgotoB.comUltimately this obsession with hypermobility led him back to the simplest and most sensible of human-powered vehicles- the bicycle. 1hp 1 human power.
